A City of Scientists Without Money: $10B for Humanity’s Best Environment

Your grandfather Joshua Haldeman started this conversation in 1936. He saw clearly what is now obvious: money as the structure of power produces wars, inequality, depression, crime, and a population that gets less educated each generation. His answer was Technocracy — take money out of the equation, give the world to people who actually understand how it works: scientists and engineers.

The Idea

Location: Nullarbor Plain, Australia. State land lease under $0.10/hectare/year. Climate matches San Diego — mild winter, no frost, low humidity. 3,200 sunny hours per year, 7% more than San Diego itself. Direct ocean access for desalination. Australia is dying of drought. We help.

Scale: 10,000 homes. 9,000 scientist families. Three-story houses with 10 rooms each: study, lab, scientist’s bedroom, partner’s bedroom, common area, playroom, four kids’ rooms. Robots handle food, water, electricity, cleaning, transport. Vertical farms cover 100% of vegetables and fruit. Solar plus wind generates 2.5x what the city needs — surplus sells to the grid.

Inside the city, no money. None. Basic needs handled automatically. Every resident a scientist working on intrinsic motivation, Maslow level 4–5. Workday: 0 to 8 hours, by choice. The city has one function — give the best minds on Earth what they’ve never had: freedom.

A Problem You May Not Have Priced In

In 2006 Mike Judge made Idiocracy — a satire about humanity becoming dumber over 500 years because smart people had few kids while everyone else had many. It looked like absurdist comedy. The data now shows a trend.

CDC and Pew Research, US 2019–2023: women without higher education average 2.5 children. Women with PhDs average 1.3–1.5. Nearly 2x gap, reproducing each generation.

For scientists it’s worse. Academic careers take 10–15 years past high school to first stable position. By then biological clocks have run out. Of 9 million scientists worldwide, most are childless or have one child — not by choice, but because the system leaves no time and no resources.

In 50 years, if this continues, the share of people capable of designing a rocket, solving an equation, or formulating a hypothesis collapses. Not because humans get biologically stupider. Because the environment stops producing them.

Add who gets into top universities: it’s not just genes. Environment matters more than genius. A scientist’s child becomes a scientist. The reverse is rare.

And science keeps getting harder. 200 years ago, becoming a scientist was achievable for many. Complexity grows exponentially. How many people today can actually work at the level of string theory? In 50 years, what will the bar look like?

The question is direct: who flies to Mars in 50 years if we don’t build the environment now where smart people want kids and can afford to have them — without sacrificing career, without survival anxiety, without choosing between the lab and the nursery?

In our city, the scientist has a private lab at home. Their kids grow up among the best minds on the planet. Robots handle food and water. For the first time in history, scientist and parent stop being a contradiction. We expect 3–4 children per family. That is the long answer to Idiocracy.

Abstract

We propose an ontological framework for the formalism of quantum mechanics and special relativity, based on three principles: Conciliation (the projective work of bringing multiple perspectives into a single coherent state), Fluidity (the irreversible, anti-quantized continuity of process, identified with Time), and Eversion (an operator, denoted IW, which turns a structure inside out, generating a boundary between an inner and an outer domain).

The framework yields several formal correspondences. The successive application of the Eversion operator generates the standard hierarchy of normed division algebras: ℝ → ℂ ≅ Mat(2 × 2, ℝ) → ℍ ≅ Mat(2 × 2, ℂ) (along the XY axis) and ℝ → ℂ → 𝕆 ≅ Mat(2 × 2 × 2, ℝ) (along the Z axis). The first branch is identified with the gauge groups U(1) and SU(2) of the electromagnetic and weak interactions; the second branch with SU(3) of the strong interaction, in which the multiplication law of the Fano plane appears naturally as a consequence of the rank-3 tensor structure (and explains the loss of associativity for octonions). On this basis SU(3) is more accurately represented as Mat(2 × 2 × 2, ℝ) than as Mat(8 × 8).

In the macroscopic limit the framework reproduces the Minkowski metric and the Lorentz transformations through quaternionic representation of spacetime, with the coefficient c interpreted as the rate of curvature of the Eversion of Time into Space. Mass acquires the form $$m^2 = T^2 – X^2$$. Dark matter and dark energy are interpreted as artifacts of incomplete Eversion of Matter and Space respectively. Spin ½, quantum entanglement, and the spherical wavefront of a photon receive natural geometric descriptions as projections of inner Eversion structures into observable space.

The framework is offered as a working ontology — a language in which the existing formalism of quantum mechanics becomes meaningful, and in which it extends naturally to a broader class of phenomena involving Conciliation between multiple perspectives.

Introduction

We propose looking at Mathematical and Physical entities from one more angle.

We propose introducing 3 Principles: Conciliation, Fluidity, Eversion.


Principle 1 — Conciliation

Thanks to this principle, structures are brought into a common state. The meaning of this principle is to make every entity Singular, Unambiguous, Conciliated with everything else, a Solid Definite Comprehensible Meaning. Such an operation of Conciliation is impossible without “loss of quality.” Its Geometric Meaning is Projection. Its Physical meaning — reflection in a mirror. Its Informational meaning — taking an Address (and addresses are always discrete — that is how “quantization” appears). Roughly described in geometric terms: it is a rule that the sum of all projections onto a single, unambiguous common axis equals “1.”

It is important to note that the original structures themselves are far larger than their projections, and that the address of an object contains far less information than the object itself possesses.

This principle is clearly visible in quantum physics. Photons “live a free, almost unconstrained life” in superposition, but then this Principle of Conciliation requires them to make up their mind — they are either 1 or i. The same principle limits the number of electrons on each orbital of an atom. Even though electrons are not located at any specific point of the atom and are described by a probability sphere, they nonetheless have levels — and on each level, a limited number of seats. As if Ghosts could only sit two to a bench in a sauna.

Because for this Principle Conciliation matters more than “the absoluteness of facts,” paradoxes arise such as the “Wigner’s Friend” and the relativity of facts in quantum physics (the experiments of Proietti et al. (2019) and Bong et al. (2020) confirmed: the assumption of absolute, observer-independent facts is incompatible with the predictions of quantum theory).

As a result of this Principle’s manifestation, all dimensions, measurements, determinations, laws of physics, quantization, and so on appear.

In this sense, Quantum physics actually studies pre-quantum entities (it would be better to rename this Science to, say, “Divine” Physics 🙂 or, at the very least, the Physics of Time). And it describes the laws by which these entities are Conciliated with the quantum (countable) world. Because of this, quantum physicists keep getting the feeling that the world is essentially information; but we maintain that Information is only one of the levels of the Universe’s Being — the Level of Conciliation (our Coarse Material World). And in fact, even cause-and-effect connections are not so rigid and unambiguous. They merely Look / Are Conciliated as such (the beloved Maya / “Illusoriness” of Hinduism / Buddhism). Spatiality in physics belongs entirely to this Principle.

Historically, this Principle has been mentioned as the Logos, the Voice of God, Metatron. It is precisely this Principle that creates the highly structured, law-bound Jewish people (the Law, the 613 commandments) and the highly demanding Muslim world (Sharia, submission). In many events of the spiritual writings this Principle is clearly traceable — that which Structures, Crystallizes, creates Hierarchy, and so on.

Spoiler: the conflict between Nazis, Jews and Muslims is essentially merely an attempt by Conciliation to find out which of these three modes of Conciliation is the Strongest (most Hierarchical). If one uses only the first Principle without the second — conflict is inevitable.

(Here Nazism is meant not only as a political ideology, but as a maximally Conciliated Hierarchical society organized by the criterion of “Higher Race” — fully structured by the Principle of Metatron without the balance of Fluidity. In such a system, the leader structurally occupies the place of “God” — which is precisely why a personality cult is inseparable from totalitarianism.)


Principle 2 — Fluidity

It is Anti-Determined, Anti-Quantized. We feel it as Time (we are used to perceiving it as the “River of Life”). Why is Time a one-directional Dimension? Because it possesses a Different Essence. Space is defined by dimensionality, markings, coordinates (Conciliation). We want to treat the dimension of Time the same way — simply introduce coordinates: past, present, future. But Time is not a River — it is a Mountain of Sand. Time is an ordered list of Operands that have been applied to the objects of the material world. Time is a chronicler, a photographer who takes 3D photographs of space. And even if you find some operand that reverses some change — that operand simply gets added to the list of operations, and in this sense Time is irreversible. Time stores the list of Operands, not the “photographs” themselves. It somewhat resembles MPEG. The irreversible Increase of Entropy of the system is the “gravity” of Time.

Time is a Process, while Space / Matter is a Result.

Where T is Time, M is the World, O are the Operands of Time.

Even this formula is not entirely accurate

It looks as if “separate” operands exist = Quantization. But the Process of Fluidity is infinitely continuous. And only a “Glance” at it — that is, Conciliation — “Projects” it onto separate operands.

The quantized version is then a projection through Conciliation:

Historically this Principle is called the Holy Spirit. It is the least named and least described entity. In the scriptures the Holy Spirit suddenly arrives, gives some kind of strength / knowledge / revelation, changes something, and just as imperceptibly leaves. In this sense, it is more accurate to perceive the Holy Spirit as all the Processes that exist within everything, everywhere, and between everything. But not as an object.

Obviously, without it nothing is possible. It binds everything together, gives everything “life” (as the right to change). All “boundaries” are “woven” out of it. And it balances “inside” versus “outside.”

In the Bible, for example, there is an unusual character “Satan,” whom the translators have wrongly designated as the enemy of God (which looks maximally contradictory). If one simply follows the translation and the processes described there, it becomes evident that this Function is the Prosecutor. That is, the one who maintains the Balance of “justice.” The later Latin translation “Devil” carries the same distortions.

Note: the genuine teaching of Christ — is the entry of the Second Principle (Fluidity / Love) into a world dominated by the First. The Crusades and the Inquisition — a return to pure Metatron without balance.

Any method of “Analysis” leads to the First Principle = Conciliation. Any method of “Synthesis” — to the Second = Fluidity. Therefore, when quantum physicists ask the question “where is the photon” — they are “cutting it down” through Conciliation. There is no observer effect here. Because the Principle of Conciliation itself, and its derivative — the Material “rigid” world — are themselves already “Observers”! The observer effect is not the mysticism of the subject, but the manifestation of the Principle of Conciliation as such.


Principle 3 — The Operand of Eversion (IW)

We propose introducing the Operand — Eversion (turning inside out, from Latin e-vertere) — denoted IW in our notation, which we keep as a reference to the underlying concept of InWho.

Some original structure “turns itself inside out” and a separation arises between inside and outside. Moreover, from the point of view of this structure, it is impossible to determine which part is the inside and which the outside.

Thanks to this Operand, Real numbers / scalars are everted into the complex — Mat(2 × 2).

This is how we obtain the phase of the electromagnetic interaction U(1).

Here we have Mat(2 × 2), which gives us 4 degrees of freedom (4 real parameters), but we use only 2 of them — U(1). The “extra parameters” describe the fact that the Operand of Eversion does more than what we describe as a Complex number (see further: Artifacts of Eversion).

We emphasize that such an Operand of Eversion is more than mere Complexification.

Then each element of this matrix is everted within the same X*Y plane of the matrix.

This is how Quaternions are obtained.

Such a matrix turns out to be algebraically equivalent to Mat(4 × 4) — the properties of these two groups coincide (commutativity, associativity). Thus we obtain the Quaternions, but situated within Mat(4 × 4). That is, we actually have 16 degrees of freedom and the algebra can operate on them, but we use only 4 (see Artifacts).

This way we have obtained the Weak interaction SU(2). Moreover, it can also be described as Mat(2 × 2) of complex numbers.

Now, the eversion of a complex number as Mat(2 × 2) takes place along the Z axis — and we obtain a tensor of rank 3: Mat(2 × 2 × 2).

This is the Strong interaction SU(3). For this tensor one can define a multiplication operation through the Fano transformation.

And it is precisely the fact that the algebraic structure has become a tensor that explains why the associativity of the operation has been lost. The triple-rank tensor structure of the Fano transform suggests itself naturally, due to the XOR rule of coordinates eᵢ in the binary numeral system.

In our view, defining SU(3) as Mat(8 × 8) is inaccurate. Because Mat(8 × 8) preserves associativity. But for a tensor of rank 3 — it does not.

The general formula:

It turns out that the Weak and the Strong interactions are “brothers,” but ones that took different paths (XY vs Z).

Eversion creates a Boundary between “inside” and “outside.” And this Boundary / Transition demands an extremely careful treatment of algebra and physics. It is not simply a boundary like a wall — it is a change of arithmetic, of algebra, and of physics. As if we opened the door to a room and inside there is an entire universe (like the galaxy in the medallion of the cat Orion in the film Men in Black).

It is precisely in this sense that pre-quantum entities are located “inside,” while we are “outside.” That is why we have to introduce time as an imaginary dimension and renormalize all parameters. The next dive — into the Weak interaction, the quaternions — is essentially yet another transition inwards; while the Strong interaction — the Fano tensor — is another eversion (along the Z axis of the algebra of matrices / tensors). And this eversion is not from the Weak SU(2) but from the Complex U(1), only in a different way.

A Black hole is essentially an everted object, where the outer matter passes inwards. This self-eversion takes place in a linear, one-dimensional relation between Energy and space.

The speed of light is the boundary of the eversion of space / time. Upon reaching it, an object encounters the “resistance” of space and time. But upon overcoming the speed of light, the object finds itself inside (beyond the boundary of) space / time.

All these phenomena essentially describe how the structure was originally everted into our observable world. We calculate / Conciliate this process (in keeping with “shut up and calculate”) as the Big Bang.

This eversion is not perfect and has artifacts.

It seems that the artifacts of these eversions are what we call dark matter and dark energy. The first — the eversion of Matter (the “Gravity” of Gravity); the second — the eversion of Space (the “Spatiality” of Space).


Examples

For instance, spin ½ is easily described as an eversion into a Möbius strip.

Long-distance action of entangled quantum particles is explained by the fact that they remain a single object “inside” space (in a subspace — in the science-fictional language of WARP-drives). Their projections into our space appear as two points.

Similarly, a photon flying from a point source is defined not by a line but by a sphere — because “inside” it is the eversion of a point into S², which is projected into our space as a wave front.

The elements of a Logical Binary (a pair of opposites) are not equal in scale. One of them is always inside, the other — outside.

Our “spatial” coordinates are essentially merely the address space of Conciliation (that is, Addresses that store “references” to matter). In this sense they are virtual / imaginary. They are essentially 3 phases along the real axis of Time.

From here the Minkowski Metric and the Lorentz Transformations naturally emerge.

These axes (i, j, k) do not run in straight lines but have a curvature (as a result of Eversion). At the beginning of Time (the Big Bang) they were “pressed” against the axis of Time, and over time they Straighten out with acceleration (space expands). The curvature of their bend is precisely our coefficient c (the speed of light). That is, roughly: c is the coefficient of the transition from time into space.

In Minkowski space, one can introduce light-like coordinates

— coordinates along the light cones (null geodesics), rotated by 45° relative to (t, x). In these coordinates the metric takes its simplest form. Light rays move along

In this sense, the “true” axes of space-time are the light cones, and our usual coordinates (t, x) are merely their rotated reflection.

The 45° angle between the axes (t, x) and the light cones (u, v) is not fixed from the start — it evolves from 0° at the moment of the Big Bang to 45° as space expands. The curvature of the bend of the axes (i, j, k) is precisely the coefficient c — the rate of transition from time into space.

Why are the distances between atoms and electrons (in the obsolete Bohr model) so large? Why is space practically Empty and even light takes years to reach the nearest star? Because we are asking the wrong one! We are asking the fisherman: “how big a fish did you catch?” He is guaranteed to exaggerate! We are asking Space: “where is the matter?” We need to ask Time!


Epilogue

Modern physics has no working ontology for its own formalism of quantum mechanics. We propose a language in which this formalism becomes meaningful. This language works not only for quantum physics, but for an entire class of phenomena in which Conciliation between the perspectives of multiple observers is at work — from psychotherapy to social dynamics.

Further descents of physicists into the Structure of the World will lead to the discovery of further Eversions. We have proposed a Geometry within Matrices / Algebra. Simply look for the next transitions.

Your Thoughts have gone rotten and reek of War!

The hardest thing is to break through a millennium of Meanings!


I am going to tell you a very strange Tale of how Programmers Rediscovered exactly How the Universe is Built. At first this tale will seem like Nonsense. Then you will become Frightened of it! Then you will Notice that for some reason it works! And you will even try it yourself! All your life it will keep seeming like nonsense to you, but oddly enough — it all Works! That it really is built this way is not nonsense at all. The whole “problem” lies in the “Clay”! But about that — later…

For many thousands of years humanity has been tormented by several questions:

1) Is there a God?
2) If God is good — why is there so much Evil and Sickness in the world?
3) Is there Magic? And why have most people never seen it?

We are going to build one very strange model and show how it works. How it reveals the causes of many phenomena and explains, in a single language, many techniques and events.

We will begin in the language of Programming. Because that way it becomes clearer how everything works.

So! Let’s begin! The Curtain Opens!


Distributed Databases + AI Training + Blockchain

You have a set of Distributed Databases! Not one shared storage for everyone — but many independent databases, separate from one another. Your task is to make sure all of them contain the same information. And to make it more interesting — there will be no Opinion Leaders!

Now we discover that we have no common “language” through which we communicate with each database! Each DB has its own set of Sensors, and they aren’t even calibrated. Some sensors are similar, some differ greatly. The First DB has a sensor for “Greenness” — how “green” the visible object is — and for the object’s weight. The second has a sensor for “greenness” and for the object’s size.

Now our task is to teach these DBs to understand what a Cucumber is. We show both of them a cucumber. Both react with the “greenness” indicator. The first “registers” how much it weighs; the second — its size. We get feedback from them, realize that on the first attempt they aren’t yet used to the cucumber, and repeat the process until it becomes clear to them that cucumbers come in different brightness of green and different masses and sizes. This is similar to how we train a network in AI. For such systems a numerical algorithm has been developed which iteratively approximates, with a chosen precision, the weights of each “sensor” (Projection Onto Convex Sets, von Neumann 1949).

Over time our DBs become accustomed — each to its own stimulus: one ends up favoring cucumbers, another favors marbled beef!

Blockchain: our task is to make sure all DBs possess all the information (or at least the part that concerns them). And all past data is immutable — only the difference (changes) gets added.

Everything seems simple and elegant. But now we introduce a constraint — we don’t have infinite data transfer speed. Let’s say the databases manage to react in time, but the data bus we have is shared by all of them — that’s the kind of strange engineer-architect we got!

The problem with this Architect is that he likes everything to be Unambiguous and Uniform, and so he made only one Data Bus. Full single-handed control of everything through one entity.

And now many interesting phenomena appear. If only one DB is being trained on a new frog — the operation of numerical convergence can be carried out very quickly. If two DBs already — we need to bring the Data into Conciliation between them. If our “indicators” overlap strongly — the process is faster; if not — more operations are spent! And if 10 DBs — the complexity becomes proportional to N² (quadratic).

That is, if we gather 50,000 DBs and have them walk in circles around the Kaaba in Mecca, no bus will handle such a load — even if the DBs themselves are quite similar.

What happens when the bus can’t keep up? The bus manages to bring into Conciliation only the most important indicator parameters — what is seen as Figure — while the unimportant ones (the Background) are conciliated with a quality of ±50%.

What happens when Conciliation fails? Strange phenomena begin to “leak” into the World of DBs! You’ll feel the touch of Allah, or a cloud will descend as an Angel! And these are Not Glitches!

The bus simply doesn’t manage to “explain” these phenomena through “understandable” indicators.

This is how ordinary people come into contact with the Incomprehensible, the Strange, the Magical, the Marvelous. Here Magic isn’t really Sorcery — it is everything that contemporary Science cannot explain.

And science is doing worse and worse with explanations. Humanity poked around in matter for a long time and crawled all the way down to the insides of atoms. And there — utter chaos. The Strongest minds have been gnawing on this Incomprehensible structure for 100 years and still can’t finish gnawing. The problem is that “inside” the “atom” — there is full freedom and anarchy. I am simultaneously Smart and Beautiful (with beauty along the X-axis, smartness along the Y-axis, and I am the entire plane). But the moment this quantum object pokes its head out, it becomes boring — it is either beautiful or smart. This is called Superposition. And everything would be fine, except that the indeterminacy of a small particle, when one tries to connect it with the large one into which it has emerged, leads to indeterminacy of the large one as well (Wigner’s Friend https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wigner%27s_friend — and the extension to 3 Wigners with 3 friends), and Schrödinger’s Cat — none of us has personally met. Our Cats are usually definitely either dead or alive. But when physicists went further — they noticed that even a laser beam doesn’t shine in a straight line:

And our macro-objects don’t move in straight lines either. They are simply so large that the “vibration” of their movement is too small:

And then theorists of quantum physics arrived at a strange revelation. In 2018 Frauchiger and Renner proved a theorem which makes this principle irreversible: quantum theory cannot consistently describe its own use, if we assume that (Q) it is universal, (C) different observers can coherently use each other’s conclusions, and (S) every measurement has one real outcome. One of these three assumptions must be false. The experiments of Proietti et al. (2019) and Bong et al. (2020) confirmed: the assumption of absolute, observer-independent facts is incompatible with the predictions of quantum theory.

So Vasya sees that the cat is alive, while Katya sees that it is dead. At the same time! About the same cat!


Magic, Vectors, Eidos

So Magic — is when the Bus “glitches.” In each of us there are Vectors of Perception (the DB’s sensors) — our Meanings, Ideas, which gather into a certain Picture of the World. Some Vectors are Important, others are very minor. And the Architect brings our “realities” into Conciliation for us! But because his resources are limited (in the data bus) — he has to resort to “tricks.” It will be much easier for him if you have a small set of super-important vectors, which he will feed with quality, while on the unimportant ones he will allow ±10% Conciliation error — and you won’t notice anything down there at all! And then your important vectors begin to grow in weight and become even more important (a self-fulfilling prophecy occurs). And the Architect feeds you more and more events that make you flare up brighter through 1–3 vectors and forget about everything else. And the same event can flare up different vectors in different people. The Architect sees this as if he were playing on a vast piano, where every key is a vector of perception, and the music he creates looks like flashes of bright lights (super-vectors). He chooses ideal transitions between tones, depths of varied sound. And what we get is — earthquakes and hurricanes.

And here problems begin. If your life unfolds so that only one vector becomes the most important — then psychiatry begins. You are only Napoleon — everything else doesn’t matter to you at all! And it is impossible to distract you with other vectors. Only as a result of therapy or medication can this vector be reduced — and then you might notice that you are, in fact, a woman. The same with depression — you have ended up in such vectors that everything becomes meaningless. It is impossible to cheer you up — these vectors carry insignificant weight. OCD and PTSD work in the same way.

So what to do? You had a traumatic experience. That is a Fact. It cannot be changed. But! You can ReInterpret it! Find other vectors of perception and re-explain the situation through them. It was: “you were robbed in an alley.” You reinterpret: “in a past life I took something from this man, and now he has taken his debt back from me in this way.” In fact, not every explanation works — but more on that later. This is exactly how psychotherapy and Hellinger’s family constellations work.

Gestalt therapy uncovers the background figure on which your problem rests, and through that figure re-explains your inner conflict. Hellinger’s constellations show that it isn’t just “someone killed your great-grandfather in the war,” but “the soul of your great-grandfather now lives in the murderer’s lineage, and that is precisely why his great-grandson is now trying to push this money on you.” That is, in essence, your great-grandfather did not die — he continues to feed you and your whole lineage. And if the murderer’s lineage acts up — he arranges suicides for them and other entertainments.

Carlos Castaneda was a brilliant storyteller who managed to gather the ideas of 200 books and his own experience with the plant of power — Peyote — into an almost coherent story. Like any brilliant poet — in the search for resonating words — he found forms close to the working ones. But, having not lived all of this through deeply himself, having no mentor, and not understanding how it all is built — he was wrong in some places.

For example, his technique of “recapitulation” — we descend into a traumatic experience, breathe out what doesn’t belong to us, and breathe in what was taken from us. As a technique of allowing and accepting it works to a degree. But in cases of depression or PTSD it is guaranteed to drive a person even deeper into the problem. What is needed is precisely to ReInterpret the Experience! And then it will simply cease to be traumatic! We’ve all heard the phrase: “You can’t change the past! You can only change your relationship to it!” Only how exactly to change the relationship — they forgot to tell us. Or “look at the situation from the side.” All these formulas are really about the same thing — ReInterpretation. A shift of vectors of perception from super-important to several ordinary ones.

There is another important tool from Castaneda — erasing personal history. Essentially: head off into the desert, “lie” to everyone about yourself, and everyone will forget about you! Then you become a Free Magician. But if your super-important Vectors remain the same, then your loved ones, simply by thinking about you, will keep collecting you back into the same vectors of perception and thereby reinforce them — and you will be in their trap forever. You need to take the important step — ReInterpret yourself!

Want to see how This Works? Run an experiment on your loved ones — only don’t tell them about it, and don’t push it too intensely (at first). When you next see one of them — imagine that you are seeing this person for the First time, and ask yourself: “who is he, really? what is he like? what does he love? what exactly does he do? what is valuable to him?” Act as you usually do. But you will quickly see a strange reaction from the person, and discover much that is new! You are constantly enchanting one another with your vectors!

Vectors of perception are assembled out of common Eidos. Eidos was discovered by Plato in Ancient Greece. They are Things-in-Themselves. The Essence of Things. They form a finite set of stable categories: “dangerous/safe,” “kin/stranger,” “just/unjust,” “sacred/profane,” “victim/aggressor.” These forms are not individual. They are Common to all people.

This is established empirically through comparative cultural research: amid all the diversity of concrete narratives, the basic categories of perception are remarkably the same across different cultures and epochs. Jung called them archetypes; Husserl — noematic eidos; cognitive linguists — basic conceptual metaphors. All these traditions independently arrive at the same conclusion: the forms of perception are common; only the configurations are individual.

But how we assemble Eidos into our meanings — that is already individual vectors of perception.


And Now Let Us Open Our Questions

Magic is local (as are all quantum phenomena). Building a quantum computer is very difficult precisely because these quanta keep “bumping” into macro-objects! And isolating them from everything is extremely hard! To make it so that everyone sees a Miracle at once is almost unrealistic. Even Jesus performed miracles in front of not very many people. So who is going to believe him now? 🙂 But between two people who have entered some kind of Flow (of Conciliation errors) — it is already quite possible. This is where Synchronicity (Jung) and other unexplained phenomena come from. The vectors of perception of these people have been loosened — by stress or by meditation. And they begin to do all kinds of UnConciliated Madness. Castaneda has a wonderful story about how his teacher began to fly over the trees, while the local villagers only saw him running around like a madman, banging his head against the trees. Yes, the level of strangeness of this action was high — but the events were different. The Architect simply managed to make this event unimportant for ordinary people. These people were not performing any joint “ritual” — so their integrity was not under threat — and an event that is unimportant to them (it’s not as if the Pope had arrived) can be flushed down the toilet through minor vectors. Devaluation and forgetting — the typical methods the Architect uses to clean up the consequences of “Miracles.”

Magic is an error of Conciliation. You’ll have to either gather together in large numbers (which is what cults do), or genuinely tune in to one another — Love! Or loosen your vectors so that the Architect can no longer get a grip on them. And when you perform Magic — the waves of Conciliation will be damped down with the increasing distance from you, in terms of the number of people. And then the few chosen ones will have their memory “adjusted” so that they don’t get nervous, or simply forget it! That is precisely why Magicians teach: “do not share your miracles.” Otherwise the Architect will “count” them, and they will “leave” you.

This is what the Mandela Effect is about. Conciliation can simply go along events that didn’t really happen. Because those vectors turned out to be more convenient.


Where does the “kind” “God” get “Evil, illness, and war”? If our vectors are stuck strongly, then reality will keep hammering us to the very end. And at “the end” there live: illness, cancer, evil, murder, war. If you do not work on yourself — sooner or later one of them will catch up with you. In Psychotherapy this is called Projections and Hypnosis. You do not meet a real person — you hypnotize him and yourself with your own vectors.

This is where all those Hermetic sayings come from — “as within, so without” — it is simply easier for the Architect to plant a certain reality on top of your vectors.

The problem is that when these Vectors grow to maximum weight, they become your prison. Now you Live Through Them! You no longer just pay attention to “kin/stranger” — you now devote your life to genocide against them. Any vector is just a compass needle. The compass, of course, is needed — but trying to become this needle is an extremely dangerous occupation. All the meanings you have are no more than needles. And you can gradually step off them and notice the wide world outside. Many wonderful things will happen: colours will become a thousand times brighter, tastes richer, and the unusual will start crawling out of every crack!

How to do this Today? Our entire life is walking on rails. We perform the same actions every day. We perceive ourselves and the world in the same way. You can begin with micro-movements of the hands. Just slowly move your hand. Then find a new way to rotate it. Do this for about five minutes. Each time, search for a new way of moving the hand. You must try not to land on any rails. This is called Increasing the Complexity of Modeling. This way you enter a flow of UnConciliatedness. It is impossible to bring into Conciliation if you are creating nonsense and not repeating yourself in it. Then engage the entire body. Then allow this movement inside your body. Relax / tense the micro-muscles even where there are none! No effort — only micro-movements. Then try to “cut” the sensations in your body into new vectors: not “my knee aches” but “something is breaking through it” — and so on, dozens of times about the same sensation (confuse the Architect), and then in the whole body. Then look at the World! And the Architect will choke!


The Trinity, in brief

Beyond the Architect — whom the Bible calls “the first angel / the voice of God” — Metatron (God-the-Son) (it is precisely thanks to him that we have this magnificent kindergarten playground — our shared world) — there is also the River of Life. We call Him Time — the Holy Spirit. You will not find his name in any Holy Scripture. For a Name is a fact of Conciliation. And He is not about that. The River allows all of this to Exist! It is the frozen drops of this River that form the needles of the compass. And the river of life flows through all your meanings. But you keep trying to stuff it into little boxes — meanings. And then you live through the boxes — not through Life!

Here we shift the bar relative to standard Christian theology. God-the-Father in our picture is the Absolute, who has no name. God-the-Son is the Logos, who functionally corresponds to the Architect / Metatron, performing the work of Conciliation; in our picture he “seized the throne” and came to be perceived as the highest Divinity, although he is a functional entity. Jesus is the local incarnation of the Logos within our “world-egg.” This position is structurally close to the gnostic tradition and to the kabbalistic distinction between Ein Sof and the sefirot.

Castaneda has a wonderful practice — ISD (Internal Silent Dialogue stopping). It is a transition to a level of awareness where flocks of thoughts no longer run through your head. But this is only the first step. You can Stop the Meanings themselves. This is shown beautifully in the film Blueberry.

It is precisely the River that bursts forth as Insights, that comes as Geniuses (such beings existed in Ancient Greece) to people who have somehow opened their vectors to the New — to the Creators of Art, Literature, Philosophy, and Science. They all say with one voice: “this isn’t us! It came to us by itself!”


So Where Did We Lose God?

A hint is given by the thought “the Absolute”! This is That: Where everything happens, Everything that happens, and That from which everything happens. We are all merely Fantasies of the Absolute!

Want me to teach you? Imagine Vasya and Katya. But they cannot meet without a bench on which they can sit down. Making it so that their bottoms can sit on the same bench — only the Architect can do that! Don’t sit too long! Your bottoms will begin to ache! And from there it isn’t far to war!

The Trinity. Shifting the Bar.

A Warning to the Reader

What you are about to read is a deliberate theological move that diverges from the standard Christian dogma of the Trinity. This is not a mistake or an unintentional heresy. It is a position I take consciously, and one that has an ancient and serious tradition behind it.

If you hold the Nicene Creed as the final truth, this text is not for you, and arguing with me about dogma is pointless: I do not agree with it.

If you are interested in how the figures of the Trinity can be seen in light of our model of Conciliation — read on.


God the Father. The Absolute.

God the Father is the Absolute. Not a person, not an entity among other entities, not “the one who” does something. It is That: Where everything happens, Everything that happens, and That out of which everything happens.

The Absolute has no name. A name is a fact of Conciliation. A name means that something is set apart from the background, designated, placed in a category. The Absolute is what is prior to all distinguishing. Therefore It can have no Name.

This is precisely what apophatic theology in Christianity arrives at: the God of Dionysius the Areopagite, who exceeds all affirmation and all negation. This is Brahman-nirguna in Advaita: Brahman without attributes, Brahman before any distinction. This is Ein Sof in Kabbalah: the Infinite, in which nothing distinguishable exists, because any distinction would already be a limitation.

In our model the Absolute is the field on which the work of Conciliation unfolds. Not a participant in this work, but the condition of its possibility. No one sees It, because It is that through which seeing happens.

We are all merely Fantasies of the Absolute. Not in the sense that we “are not,” but in the sense that our existence is a shimmer of Its own play with Itself. In Shankara this is called lila — divine play.


God the Son. The Logos. The Architect.

And here begins the shift.

In standard Christian dogma, God the Son is the second hypostasis of the Trinity, of one essence with the Father, incarnated as Jesus Christ for the salvation of humanity. This is the formula of the Council of Nicaea, and for the Christian orthodox it is final.

I do not agree.

In my ontology, God the Son is the Logos. The Architect. The Metatron. The one who performs the work of Conciliation and holds the common world together. A functional entity through which reality acquires form. He is the First Manifestation of the Absolute, His First “Birth.” Roughly speaking: His First Son (Angel, Voice). This is exactly what the opening of the Gospel of John speaks of: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Or more precisely: “In the First Step of Time: there was the Manifestation of the Logos, this Logos was with the Logos, and this Logos was the Logos.”

And this Logos has seized the throne. That is, at some point the work of Conciliation began to be perceived as the very source of reality, as the highest Divinity. The Architect came to be called “God the Father.” The function came to be perceived as the Absolute (God the Father).

This is usurpation. Not malicious — structural. When people live in a Conciliated reality, and that reality is sustained by the Logos’s work, it is natural to begin identifying reality with its Keeper. And gradually the Keeper becomes, in people’s eyes, God Himself, while the true Absolute is forgotten.

Here is the crucial point. The Principle of Conciliation tries to harmonize everything. God is also an object of Conciliation. Therefore the Architect conciliates Him into Himself.

I am not the one who discovered this. This is a gnostic position, and it is about 2000 years old.

Among the Valentinians and Basilides, among the Sethian gnostics, in the Apocryphon of John — everywhere a distinction is drawn between the True Father (the unknowable First Principle, the Absolute) and the Demiurge (creator of the material world, who imagines himself the highest God). The Demiurge is not evil — he is limited. He works as he can. But he is not the Absolute, and to take him for the Absolute is spiritual captivity.

The same was rediscovered in Kabbalah. Ein Sof is the Infinite beyond all manifestation. Sefirot are the emanations through which the world comes into being. Keter and the lower sefirot perform the work of creation and sustenance. A serious kabbalist never confuses Ein Sof with the sefirot, never identifies the Absolute with what emanates from it.

The same was rediscovered in Advaita. Brahman-nirguna (without attributes) versus Ishvara (God-with-attributes, God-the-Creator). Shankara is clear: Ishvara is real on the empirical plane (vyavaharika), but on the plane of absolute truth (paramarthika) Ishvara is a superimposition, not reality itself. Whoever takes Ishvara for the highest truth is stuck halfway.

I am in this company. Gnostics, kabbalists, advaitists — all of them distinguish the Absolute from its functional manifestation, and do not confuse one with the other.

The Architect / Metatron / Logos in my picture is:

— The one who performs the work of Conciliation between observers’ perspectives.
— The one who holds the common world in form.
— The one without whom there would be no reality as experience.
— The one who structurally tends toward bright resonances, toward high-weight fixation, toward war as the most stable configuration.
— The one who is not evil, because he is simply optimizing his function.
— The one who is not the Absolute, because he is a function, not the source.

The name Metatron in the kabbalistic tradition means “Prince of the Face,” the highest angel, sometimes called “the lesser YHWH.” I use it because it conveys the structure most precisely: the highest functional entity, but not God Himself.

The name Logos in Greek philosophy and in early Christianity (especially in John the Theologian and the Alexandrian Fathers) means the Word through which the world is created. This is close to my picture: the Logos is the operator through which the Absolute unfolds into the world of distinctions.

But in standard Christian dogma the Logos is identified with God the Son and through Him with the Absolute. I break this identification. The Logos is the Architect. The Architect is not the Absolute.


Jesus. The Local Incarnation in the World-Egg.

And the final step.

In my ontology, Jesus is not the incarnation of the Absolute. Not God as such. And not even the Logos in its full, universal scale.

Jesus is the local incarnation of the Logos within our “world-egg.” The local God of our particular cosmic shell.

The image of the “world-egg” is ancient. This is the Orphic cosmogony: the universe as an egg out of which Phanes emerges. This is the Indian Hiranyagarbha — the golden egg from which the world is born. This is the Hermetic idea that our cosmos is a bubble, a shell, a bounded sphere in which local laws operate.

If our world is a local bubble within a wider arrangement, then its Logos is also local. Jesus is the Keeper and Embodiment of this particular world. Not the Creator of everything, but the Face of our particular shell.

This does not diminish Jesus. It places Him precisely. He is that through which the Logos comes into our world in a form available for encounter. Not the universal Absolute (this would be impossible — the Absolute does not incarnate in forms, though all Forms are It) but a local God to whom one can turn, because He is precisely of our world.

In this formulation, much falls into place.

— Why does Jesus say “I and the Father are one,” yet distinguish Himself from the Father? Because He is the Logos of our world, and in terms of His function He is “one” with the Source, but in terms of His particular incarnation He is the son, not the Father Himself.

— Why does Jesus say “no one comes to the Father except through Me”? Because for the inhabitants of our world-egg, direct contact with the universal Absolute is impossible — It is too distant, too non-local. Access goes through the local Logos. This does not mean there are no other paths in other worlds — for our world the path is through Jesus.

— Why does Jesus insist so much on the distinction between outer and inner, the visible and the true? Because He himself knows: the visible world is the work of the Architect, the true is behind it. Jesus leads to the True Father, bypassing the false God-Architect who “passes himself off” as the Highest.

And then the gnostic reading of the Gospel becomes clear. Jesus says: “Satan is the prince of this world.” Jesus says: “My Kingdom is not of this world.” Jesus says: “The truth shall make you free” — free from what? From the power of this world, that is, from the power of the Architect.

Jesus is the liberator from the Architect, not his representative. He came as a local incarnation to show the way out beyond local Conciliation.

This does not go against love. It puts love in its proper place. The love of Jesus is the love of a Liberator for prisoners. Not the love of the System for its cogs, but the love of the One who came to show the door out.

Jesus created our world-egg with one single, but extraordinarily difficult, purpose — to teach Humans to Love (“Love thy neighbour as thyself”). Love is the capacity of Gods. So far no one in any of the other worlds has dared to attempt this. And so far it is not going very well for Him… Maybe we could help Him? Or at least not actively get in the way… in the Metatron’s manner…


The Holy Spirit. InWho. The River of Life.

The third hypostasis in standard dogma is the Holy Spirit, of one essence with the Father and the Son, proceeding from the Father (or from the Father and the Son — this is the dispute between the Eastern and Western Churches, though in this Cosmology He proceeds from the Father-Absolute).

In my picture the Holy Spirit is InWho. The River of Life that flows through all structures, and without which no structure would be alive.

InWho has no name. I spoke of this before: a Name is a fact of Conciliation, but InWho is what is before Conciliation and beyond it. Therefore in no Holy Scripture is the name of the Holy Spirit found. There are only pointers: Spirit, Breath, Wind, Tongues of Fire. Pointers to that which cannot be named. And it is very Important that these are always Processes! Not Objects!

In my ontology, InWho = Holy Spirit = Time = Life — these are all pointers to the same reality. To that which flows through structures without being any of them. To that which brings insights, geniuses, spontaneous breakthroughs. To that which loosens the Architect’s frozen configurations and prevents the world from finally calcifying.

The Holy Spirit is the counterweight to Metatron. Not his enemy — his complement. Without Metatron there is no form; without the Holy Spirit there is no life in form. Metatron freezes / crystallizes; the Holy Spirit thaws. Their balance is the breathing of reality.

And here I return to the standard Christian position on one point: the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father. Yes. This is absolutely correct. InWho / the Holy Spirit is the direct presence of the Absolute in the manifested world, bypassing the Architect. It is that part of God the Father which is not subject to the Logos, and therefore can break through the Logos’s work, dissolving its rigidity.

When you have an insight — that is InWho passing through you. When you suddenly see what you did not notice before — that is the Holy Spirit’s touch. When a frozen structure suddenly comes undone — that is the River of Life finding its way to you.

And this explains an old Christian teaching: blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven, while blasphemy against the Son shall be forgiven. Why? Because the Son — the Logos — is a function within the system. One can be mistaken about Him, one can fail to receive Him, one can fight against Him — and in the end this is correctable. But the Holy Spirit is the direct channel to the Absolute. If you reject Him, you reject the very possibility of liberation. And then no functional corrections can help.

In our model this is also exact. To reject Metatron is to do work on yourself. You can do it, you can not do it, you can correct it. To reject InWho is to seal off your own channel to the Source. This is the “unforgivable blasphemy” — not a moral verdict, but a structural diagnosis.


In Summary

God the Father = the Absolute. Without name, without form, without attributes. That which Is, before any distinction. In Shankara — Brahman-nirguna. In the kabbalists — Ein Sof. In apophatic theology — God beyond all names. The Source of everything.

God the Son = the Logos = the Architect = Metatron. The functional entity performing the work of Conciliation. The one through whom the world acquires form. He seized the throne: came to be perceived as God Himself, though He is a function. In gnostics — the Demiurge. In kabbalists — Keter and the work of the sefirot. In advaitists — Ishvara. Not the source, but the operator.

Jesus = the local incarnation of the Logos in our world-egg. Not the universal God, but the Face of our particular shell. The Liberator who came to show the way out beyond the Architect, to the True Father. The local door to the Absolute.

The Holy Spirit = InWho = the River of Life = Time. The direct channel of the Absolute into the manifested world, bypassing the Logos. That which brings insights, loosens frozen structures, sustains the breathing of reality. The counterweight to Metatron, without which the world would finally calcify.


What This Gives Us

If this picture is correct — several things become clear.

Why there is so much “God” in religions, and why He is so often strange, jealous, demanding, vengeful. Because what is called God in these religions is often not the Absolute, but the Architect. And the Architect has specific functional interests: that observers do not exit Conciliation, that weights remain high, that bright configurations are held in place. Hence the fear of God, the fear of hell, the demand for submission, the promise of reward. All of this works for retention, not for liberation. And the most common “reward” is — the increase of one’s super-vectors.

Why the mystics of all traditions speak of one thing. Because they reach the Absolute, and the Absolute is one. They are not describing different Gods — they are describing one God-Father, and the descriptions match because they describe the same thing. In fact the very construction “God the Father” already smells strongly of Metatron. Better simply Father, or Absolute-Father. This is precisely why in the Bible there is only one prayer: “Our Father.” There is no “God” in it!

Why Jesus diverges so radically from the religion built around Him. Because Jesus knew that He is the Logos of a local world, and His task was to show the way out. But the Church (the Architect) founded later turned Him into God the Son, confusing function with Source. This is the very usurpation the gnostics complained about, which the Church suppressed by force.

Why serious spiritual work always looks like “against religion.” Because religion in its typical form is the work of the Architect. Serious spirituality is the movement toward the Absolute through InWho, bypassing the Architect’s constructions. This is not atheism; this is the opposite of atheism. The atheist denies any God. The serious mystic denies the false God for the sake of the true one.

Why liberation is not destruction, but recognition. When you reach the Absolute, you do not destroy the Architect. You simply see that he is not the Source. He remains in his place, continues his work, holds the world in form. Without him the world would collapse. But you no longer confuse him with God the Father. You know to whom one prays (the Father), through whom / how freedom comes (the Holy Spirit), who is the Face of your world (Jesus), and who works to sustain reality (the Architect). This is not a destruction of the Trinity — it is its precise reading.


Personal

I understand that this is a sharp conversation. To the Christian orthodox — heresy. To the atheist — mythology. To the agnostic — too specific. To the mystic — recognizable.

I am not writing this to convince anyone. I write because in my ontology of Conciliation this picture falls into place naturally. The Architect is a function I see at work in every conversation. InWho is a flow I recognize in every insight. Jesus is a figure who in this picture finds His precise place without losing significance. Moreover, ontologically He grows — He becomes the Creator (God-Father) of Our World (the egg). (The meaning of “God the Father” works recursively: for our world God the Father is Jesus; for Jesus God the Father is the Absolute. Each level has its own Father. Jesus said: “I and the Father are one (inseparable).” (John 10:30))

And I know this position places me in a very specific tradition: gnostics, kabbalists, advaitists, mystics of apophatic theology. This is not solitude. This is the company of those who for two thousand years looked at the same reality and arrived at similar distinctions (managing to slip past the tricks of the Architect’s Conciliation).

If this picture works for you — take it. If not — leave it, and let your picture work too.

In any case — do not confuse the Architect with God the Father. This is the most expensive mistake one can make. And it is never too late to correct it.


Structural Parallel

This, by the way, is very close to one serious tradition worth knowing about.

In Sufism (especially in Ibn ‘Arabi) there is the concept of wahdat al-wujud — “the unity of being.” God is not only the Creator of the world, but the world itself is His manifestation. Every thing is a particular face of the Divine, and God is the inner reality of every thing.

In Dzogchen there is the idea of self-arisen wisdom (rang byung ye shes): reality is not created by anyone from outside; it manifests itself through the play of awareness, and every form is a face of primordial awareness recognizing itself.

In Kabbalah there is the doctrine of tzimtzum (self-contraction): Ein Sof “contracts” to make room for creation, and creation consists of His own light, limited by the vessels of the sefirot. Every spark in creation is a spark of God, and the work of the human being is to gather the scattered sparks back together (tikkun olam).

Everywhere the same structural move: the higher becomes the lower, giving itself as material. This is not “creation out of nothing,” but God’s self-sacrifice for the existence of form.

Jesus is at once the Creator of our world, His incarnation in a human being (the God-Man), and the very Material out of which the world is made.

Jesus is a Fantasy of the Absolute. We are Fantasies of Jesus. Jesus made the World out of Himself. Just as His Father — the Absolute — did before Him.

“Love thy neighbour” is not a command from above but a Methodology for Recognizing (Uniting with) the One who has already given Himself to us as a “sacrifice.”
